I heard about this from an 18 yr old friend in army and we go to college together during our training he told me about an app that you meet people on I said I needed to see somebody for once I got the app started like usual learned swipe mess in a minute. I look at the photos and just see empty bios because nobody writes, is P2P, ima say it fat ugly girls that keep showing up in your search somehow even though you block them…😑. The first two weeks after I got I got two matches 18 yr olds cute near me bout 20 min drives…. talked for about an hour with first and a min with 2nd and poof they disappear and don’t respond. No more after that. 3 months and only 4 matches total and I come back on it see elite membership that I can’t access even though I had subscription that I canceled in the two weeks. Apple won’t give refund and I can’t delete account for whatever reason until end of this year… so I’m stuck with this trash and watching it slowly die as it reveals itself to be a cash grab no benefits from premium either 5 more really likes a day and a rewind with few boost to make profile stand out. Suddenly can’t log in
I’ve had my account for some months now, and at first I was getting a lot of interaction but eventually it died down and then then I started seeing the same faces over and over again even though I swiped left in them before. And the people I have matched with usually can’t hold a conversation for longer than a day or two before they disappear. So I usually just check the app occasionally to see if I have any new matches. My issue is that I just checked the app last night, and by morning I wake up and I’ve been logged out of my account and can’t log back in. So I updated the app and tried again. This is not okay. I DO NOT want my pictures on an account of an app that I don’t even have access to. So either give me back the access to my account so I can remove them myself or send me a confirmation that my account has been deleted along with all of my pictures.

If I could upload a video off all the issue I am having with this app and none of the updates have fixed this issue so it’s apparent that you all must not know it’s a problem. The app keeps logging me out and won’t let me log back in. It crashes randomly, wont let me reply to messages. If I try using the phone number option I have to create a brand new profile which I don’t want to do because I have active conversations in my already created profile that is linked through Facebook. There should be away for you to link the phone number and the Facebook book profile without have two SEPARATE ACCOUNTS. I have been experiencing these random crashes for a week or so now and I recently redownloaded the app in hopes that it would be better this time. Amazingly enough it’s still having the same issues it was having 4 months ago. Please fix it!
