This device is already associated with an…

When I was Backing-up my iPad to my computer it synced all this random stuff on my iPad so I deleted it, and it stuffed my iTunes music library and removed the s for the music, so I deleted them then I re-downloaded them and this message popped up saying something about My iPad is already associated with an Apple ID and something about 90 days, this is the Apple-ID I used to purchase it (NOT iTunes match, just normal Music off the iTunes store). Please help me I dont know what to do.

You said that random stuff was downloaded to your iPad so could some of that been content that was associated with the old ID? Are you signed into your current ID in Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID? If you are signed into that ID, have you been able to download anything with it?

View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases

When you try to associate a device that was previously associated, you might notice a message that says, “This device is associated with another Apple ID. You cannot associate this device with another Apple ID for [number] days.” You might need to wait up to 90 days to associate the device with a different Apple ID.
