You will require a brewing stand to get started if you’re interested in alchemizing some potions. A brewing stand is a fundamental basis for making potions. It is like the crafting table for potions. Natural generation
Brewing stands generate in end ships. They have two Instant Health II potions in their holders.
Additionally, an igloo’s basement generates a brewing station that contains a small amount of the Weakness potion.
Brewing stands can generate without potions in village churches.
A brewing stand’s GUI by default displays the name “Brewing Stand,” but you can change this by naming it in an anvil before placing it.
Brewing stands cannot be pushed by pistons in Java Edition.
BrewingMain article:
Brewing stands are primarily used to facilitate the creation of potions. Its interface can be opened by pressing use on them.
Brewing stands need blaze powder as fuel. 20 batches of potions are produced by each piece, with each stage of brewing being counted separately. There is no time limit, unlike furnaces, and fuel is only used when there are bottles and ingredients to brew into them.
Brewing stands interact with hoppers as follows:
- They take ingredients for brewing from hoppers that point downward into the top.
- Any legitimate potion recipe may be preloaded for “hands-free” brewing of a difficult recipe, with the first step being the nether wart falling through into the stand.
- Fuel and bottles are taken from hoppers that point into the side.
- Hoppers below can remove finished goods, but each phase of brewing counts as a batch of “finished” potions.
To create the antidote, elixir, eye drops, and tonic in the Education Edition’s medicine potions, different ingredients can be combined in the brewing stand.
Changing profession
Any villager who hasn’t already chosen a job site block in the village has the opportunity to change their profession to cleric if the village has a brewing stand that hasn’t been claimed by a villager.
