Check the server status of Wizet
Before you restart everything, check the server status of MapleStory first. It may well be that MapleStory is struggling with a temporary outage.
Try one of the quick fixes below to quickly resolve the MapleStory error 20410.
Restart your device if you havent already done so. A simple restart can solve a lot of problems.
The error could be related to an underlying network connectivity issue, so its a good idea to restart your modem and router.
Clear the apps app cache and app data to remove any temporary data and files that may cause issues while using the app.
Reinstall the app to remove all data and clear the apps settings.
If youre playing this game or app on a PC, make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers installed, otherwise your games and apps may crash. Depending on your operating system and graphics card, install the latest drivers for your video card.
Turn off DirectX 12 or change from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11 in the video settings of the game youre trying to play. The differences between DirectX 11 and DirectX 12 are quite significant. DirectX 11 provides a much smoother framerate for low-to-midrange PCs.
The Nvidia Geforce Experience overlay can cause video issues and errors while playing games or watching videos. Turn off the in-game overlay.

- For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools, select Internet Options and click on Temporary Internet files (or “Delete…”) from the General tab. Select “Delete Files”. This may take several minutes.
- For Firefox: Click on Tools, select “Clear Private Data” and then click on “Clear Private Data Now”.
- For Chrome: Click on Settings then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on advance settings. Under privacy click on Clear browsing data and make sure you check the boxes for the first four items. You can leave the dropdown box at “The past hour. Then click on Clear browsing data.
