If your ex goes out of their way to stay in touch with you, your friends or your family after the breakup, then there is a good chance they are still interested in you and will eventually come back.
However, it doesn’t necessarily mean they will come back on their own. In most cases, you still need to make the right moves to attract them back.
If you feel that you need some time apart from your ex to heal and grow from the breakup, then consider starting no contact and getting some space from your ex. Staying in touch with your ex may actually be stopping you from growing and becoming the person you need to be to get them back.
