An end-game feature in Minecraft called End Portals lets you travel from the Overworld to The End. There are two ways to get to them, one for Survival Mode and the other for Creative Mode. Next, youll need Blaze Powder.

- One blaze rod will yield two units of blaze powder when added to a crafting recipe.
Craft an Eye of Ender
One Ender Pearl and one unit of Blaze Powder can be combined to make Eyes of Ender.
When fixing the damaged End Portal, you may need up to 12 people, but you only need one to find the stronghold.
To locate a stronghold, use the Eye of Ender, then look in the area.
As noted, the Eye of Ender acts as a pseudo-compass. The Eye of Ender will move a few meters away after you throw it, rising very high into the air. It moves in the general direction of the closest stronghold.
The Eye will eventually either shatter in midair or return to the ground for you to pick up and use once more. There is a 20% chance of the Eye shattering with each throw.
Simply throw the Eye of Ender, follow it, and then throw once more to find a stronghold. Arrival at a stronghold will be the result, despite the tediousness and likely lengthy duration of the journey.
The Eye of Ender will eventually stop moving in one direction and begin to settle in one place. At that spot, start digging straight down. The stronghold is directly beneath you.
Search the stronghold for the broken End Portal

Once inside the stronghold, dont celebrate yet. We still have to locate the room with the broken End Portal there. Three lava pools, a staircase leading up to a monster spawner, and a broken portal are all present in the portal room.
The Eye of Ender should have led you to the “start” of the stronghold, which is built like a maze. Thanks to dedicated Minecraft data miners, we know that the End Portal is generally fewer than 10 “rooms” away from the strongholds start point.
Youll see numerous doors, passageways and stairs, denoting “rooms. “Go back and try another route if you’ve explored more than 10 or 12 rooms in any one direction without finding the portal room. To mark your location, you might want to set up torches or another type of marker.

Instead of a door that is flush with the wall, a door with an awning or entryway block will take you back to the beginning of the stronghold.
To return to the beginning and start your search again if you get lost, try passing through doors with an awning rather than doors that are flush with the wall.
Making the End Portal
Once youve reached the portal room, youre almost done. Fill in all the lava to ensure safety, then eliminate the monster spawner. This will prevent any unfortunate accidents.
The damaged End Portal is located at the top of the staircase. The entire frame of the portal is present, but some of the Eyes of Ender will be missing. Use Eyes of Ender to carefully insert all the missing pegs and activate the structure.
When all the pearls are in place, a loud boom will be heard, and the portal will become completely dark. You will be taken to The End and the Ender Dragon, the game’s final boss, once you jump in.
Before you enter, make sure you’re prepared to deal with it because once you do, there is no turning back except by dying or succeeding.
How to make an End Portal in “Minecraft’s” Creative Mode
The frame pieces of an End Portal cant be crafted. However, you can find these frames in your inventory in Creative mode (along with Eyes of Ender) and use them however you like.
This indicates that you can create an End Portal from scratch rather than looking for one.
